* 送料は全国一律500円です。ご注文の商品代金が2,000円以上、または新規登録後の初回注文時は送料無料です。
* 送料無料の金額条件は、クーポンとポイントの割引額を引いた注文の合計金額が対象となります。
* 北海道、沖縄、及び一部離島地域の商品配送は、陸便や船便を利用するため、配達までに通常より時間がかかる場合があります。
* 通常、ご注文の商品は到着予定日までに配達できますが、一部フライトや天候などの外的要因に影響される場合がございます。配送状況について、追跡情報よりご確認いただけます。
商品が届かない場合や、追跡情報にて配達済みと表示されているにもかかわらず商品が届かない場合は、注文日から45日以内にカスタマーサービスにご連絡ください。 その他のご注文や商品、配達などに関する質問は、注文日から90日以内にカスタマーサービスにお問い合わせください。
商品到着後30日以内に、新品同様の状態であれば返品を承ります（一部返品対象外の商品があります）。
返品の送料につきましては、お客様にてご負担となります。 着払いによる商品の返品はご対応いたしかねます ので、あらかじめご了承ください。
返品前の確認事項：
1. 返品可能な商品は、未着用、未洗濯、破損していない、オリジナルのタグがすべて付いている状態のみお受けできます。
2. ボディスーツ、ランジェリー、水着、ジュエリー、下着、イベント・パーティー用品、DIY用品、ペット用品、化粧品、アクセサリー（スカーフ、バッグ、マーメイドブランケットを除く）などの商品は返品・交換をお受けできかねます。
3. 返品不可と表示されている商品および無料ギフトは返品ができかねます。
注意事項：
1. パッケージに記載されている住所に返品しないようにご注意ください。こちらは返品用の送り先ではないため、返品の処理が行えない、または遅延する可能性があります。
2. 返送する品物は、必ず事前確認を行ってください。ウェブ・アプリで購入していない品物について、誤って返品に送った場合は、当社は責任を負いかねます。
3. 万が一、破損や欠陥のある商品を受け取った場合は、商品到着後24時間以内にカスタマーサービスまでご連絡ください。
